Setup essentials

1. Use a Mac and iPhone signed into the same Apple Account, connect both to the network, and enable Share Across Devices in Focus settings.
2. On iPhone, allow individual Screen Time access and select one or more apps in Apple’s picker.
3. Configure the existing Work Focus filter with Hide Selected Apps on and Start Rest Gate off.
4. Create a custom Focus named Rest. Set its offglass filter to Start Rest Gate on and Hide Selected Apps off.
5. On Mac, import the four bundled Shortcuts. Choose Work for offglass Focus On and offglass Focus Off; choose Rest for offglass Rest On and offglass Rest Off.

If Focus does not change

Wait several seconds, then confirm that both devices use the same Apple Account, remain online, and have Share Across Devices enabled. Recheck both iPhone Focus filters and the exact names and Focus choices for all four Mac Shortcuts.

Restore access safely

Restore Apps Now on Mac requests Work Off followed by Rest Off. Confirm the result on iPhone because the Mac cannot know whether Focus sync arrived.

Turning Focus off does not bypass an unfinished Rest gate. Open offglass on iPhone and either finish the plank plus water actions or choose Emergency Restore, then confirm Restore Apps. The device owner can also revoke offglass Screen Time access in iPhone Settings.

Privacy and analytics deletion

Analytics sharing is off by default. To request deletion of uploaded analytics, open offglass Setup, copy the Analytics ID for the Mac or iPhone installation you want deleted, and email it to support@clawlet.ai. Read the full offglass privacy policy.
