Start from Mac
The offglass Mac app drives Work and Rest Focus modes over Focus sync between devices on the same Apple Account — no separate app to open on iPhone.

Reset during Rest
The Rest gate asks for a plank and a glass of water before you return. A confirmation-protected Emergency Restore always remains if you need out.
