offglass Analytics Privacy Disclosure

Effective date: August 5, 2026. offglass is provided by clawlet.ai.

Analytics sharing is off by default. offglass collects a small set of first-party analytics events only after the user explicitly enables Share usage analytics in Setup. The choice remains available in Setup and can be changed at any time. The events help understand whether people can finish setup and complete the Work and Rest flow. The events contain random installation and session identifiers, event time, app platform, version and build, funnel step and result, step duration, and a controlled error code when a known step fails.

offglass does not collect the identities of selected apps, Family Controls tokens, Screen Time history, notes or other user text, email, device model, crash logs, advertising identifiers, or precise or coarse location. It does not combine analytics with third-party data, use analytics for targeted advertising, or attempt to identify a person. Mac and iPhone installation identifiers are not joined. The persistent random installation identifier links events to that Mac or iPhone installation for funnel analysis; it is not used for tracking.

Analytics events are encrypted in transit, stored separately for beta and production, available only to authorized operators, and deleted after 90 days. Server access logs for analytics endpoints are disabled. A user can request deletion by opening offglass Setup, copying the Analytics ID for the Mac or iPhone installation they want deleted, and emailing it to support@clawlet.ai. A successful opt-out stops new collection and deletes unsent events on that device; a request already in flight may finish. Opting out does not automatically erase events already uploaded; use the retained Analytics ID when requesting deletion of those rows.

App Store Connect campaign-link reports and TestFlight metrics are maintained separately by Apple. Subscription lifecycle notifications are cryptographically verified. offglass retains the notification type, subtype, environment, signed and received times, plus Apple’s random notification UUID only to reject replayed notifications. It does not retain transaction, renewal, account, or installation identifiers and does not join notifications to an offglass installation.
